An OBM Manager is a professional who specializes in persuading affluent customers to visit Real Estate Projects. The OBM Manager does Outbound Meetings with the warm customers at their doorstep. They are responsible for engaging potential Luxury Customers through phone calls, emails, telephone calls, whatsapp chats and help them choose the perfect property that meets their needs and preferences. The OBM Managers have a deep understanding of Mid-Sized & Luxury Real Estate Projects and they are well-equipped to provide all the information customers need to make an informed purchase decision and visit the site.
In a nut shell, an OBM Manager will generate qualified leads, update the CRM on a regular basis, position the property in the right manner and meet with the customer in person. The OBM Manager will be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills at all times.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Knowledge of real estate industry trends, processes, and terminology
Organizational skills for coordinating multiple meetings and property viewings
Proficiency in CRM software and meeting coordination tools
Sales and negotiation abilities to qualify and persuade clients to visit the site
